AccuChex offers a wide range of services for one price, based on the number of payroll checks we process on your behalf.  In addition, we offer more than 300 specially customized reports to help you track costs, benefits, employee-hours and other miscellaneous payroll expenses.

Each pay period...
     After we receive your payroll hours and changes, we prepare:

•           Payroll checks
•           Payroll check register
•           Department Earnings Summary
•           New employee input data sheet

Each deposit period...
     We notify you of the amounts and due dates for government reports,
     and we print deposit checks for:

•           Federal Deposit Coupon
•           State Witholding Coupon

At the end of each month...
     We will provide you with a detailed posting report for your general ledger.
At the end of each quarter...
     We will complete the following reports on the actual government forms,
     and deliver them ready for your signature and mailing:

•           941 Quarterly Return
•           State Witholding Tax Form
•           State Unemployment Insurance Form
•           Federal Unemployment Insurance deposit
•           Detailed statements on all employees (if needed)
•           Quarterly totals for company and employees

At the end of the year...
     We will complete the following forms, ready for your signature and mailing:

•           W-2's filed by magnetic media to the Social Security Administration by AccuChex.
•           940 Yearly Federal Unemployment Insurance Return
•           State Witholding Tax forms with W-2's
•           Employees' copies of W-2's

AccuChex offers all these services at one price, based on the number of checks processed per payroll period. Prices are quoted on an annualized basis.

There are no hidden charges such as initial set-up fees, costs for payroll checks, add-on fees for quarterly reports, W-2's or other government forms.

Additional charges will apply for premium services such as direct deposit, electronic tax transfer, seasonal accounts, special reports or situations that require additional time.

Low-cost delivery...
Local delivery is available at a low fee with 24-hour advanced notice. Deliveries beyond our local service area are shipped through major next-day carriers.
