AccuChex Now Offering Payentry!

Everyone knows the annoyances associated with modern technology. A fax machine that rings and rings, emails that get caught in spam, and cell phones dropping calls. Many times, things get lost in translation. That is why AccuChex has come up with a solution to solve these problems.

We offer a free internet-based software called Payentry. This software allows you, the employer, to input payroll from any computer with internet access. After you’ve keyed in your employees’ hours and submit, that information gets sent to our office immediately and your payroll processes. If you process payroll at one o’clock in the morning Monday night, when we come in Tuesday morning it will be waiting on our machines to be packaged. This means no more dealing with calling in payroll, where fifty hours can sound like sixty hours.

Payentry allows you to keep all of your company’s employee records accessible in one place. In a matter of seconds you will have access to their pay history, address, phone numbers, and other vital information. Instead of going through folder after folder trying to locate a piece of information, it can be available in a flash!

Your employees can also access their records through Payentry. The software is very secure, and employees will only have access to their records. They cannot see anyone else’s payroll records nor can they change vital things…like their pay rate! Why does this help you, the employer? How many times a day do your employees call and say, “How many hours did I work last week”, “How much vacation time do I have left”, or ”I lost my check stub, can you send me another one”? Employees can access all of these answers themselves through Payentry, freeing up your valuable time!

Now, if you are not a very savvy computer user, have no fear, we offer free training! Until you feel comfortable completely taking the reins, feel free to call us and we’ll walk you through it step by step until you are 100% confident that you’ve got it down pat.
