We here at AccuChex know full well how aggravating paperwork can be and we offer our clients the choice of going completely paperless to reduce the clutter in their lives. We offer a variety of standard reports that print each time you process payroll such as a Check Register, a Labor Distribution, and a Payroll Summary. Depending on how many employees you have, these reports can be quite lengthy. If you choose to go paperless, as soon as your payroll is processed all of these reports will be emailed to your email address. The reports will all come through separately and will be named Check Register.pdf or Labor Distribution.pdf.

There are countless reasons why going paperless is so convenient. One being that you will know within a matter of minutes exactly how much money you will need to cover payroll that week. Also, if any mistakes were made on your payroll, you’ll be able to see them immediately and call us to fix the issue. The quicker we can catch a mistake, the easier it is to correct.

By going paperless and making your employees go direct deposit, this cuts out any delivery fees. For example, if you are a business in Maine, the best way to deliver your payroll is FedEx. But FedEx can be quite expensive. If you’re a local business that gets payroll delivered by our courier, things like snow and ice storms can impede that delivery. By going paperless and by going direct deposit, each week when your payroll processes all of your reports will be emailed to you, and the money will show up in your employee’s account on pay day.
